Very cool dress and matching jacket featuring a full fringe pattern giving you that 1920's flapper look. Meausurements from laying flat: ~12.5" across waist, 15" across bust, ~6" in straps (extra 2" on straps from where previous owner adjusted to make shorter), and 31" in length from chest to bottom.
