Returns + Exchanges
The Wild Heart gladly accepts unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise in it's original packaging with tags attached for return or exchange.
All return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. Full priced items purchased with a promotional or discount code are not eligible for refund, but may be eligible for store credit or exchange if returned within 14 days of purchase and passes inspection.
All items on sale are final sale, without exception. Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Apothecary, personal fragrances and swimwear are final sale without exception.
To begin an online return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return, along with the original tracking/confirmation for the package. Returned merchandise must be securely packaged up with all original tags, packaging, etc and include a note with your order number and email address. Please ship your package to:

The Wild Heart cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit. The Wild Heart is not responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, a member from our team will review your order. Upon approval, your refund will be issued in the form of the original method of payment minus shipping costs. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed.
The Wild Heart reserves the right to deny any credits if the merchandise does not meet our requirements and standards for in store or on line purchases.
Once an item has been shipped, The Wild Heart is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. The Wild Heart uses USPS ground and priority shipping for most domestic orders. We recommend U.S. customers to select the signature confirmation option during checkout for extra security on delivery.

If a package is lost, stolen or damaged in shipment a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with The Wild Heart. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, The Wild Heart is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.
For in store returns, Items must include the attached The Wild Heart price tickets and be accompanied by the original store sales receipt (in the form of text or email). Items must be in unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in new condition. Jewelry will not be accepted for refund if scratched or worn.
